Sri Vinayaka Group was formed way back four decades ago. We started basically as trading and contracting in Electrical Industry based in Bangalore and with operations covering entire Karnataka State. Sri Vinayaka Associates and Sri Vinayaka Domestic and Industrial Piping Co. is a partnership firm established in the year 2004 & 2007 respectively. These divisions are professionally managed by two Directors.
Planning and Administration
This process is overall planning and preparation for successful project completion, which includes Shop Drawings, Construction Schedule, Mobilization of Men and Materials, Safety Plan and other activities related to Project Management, This may need to be modified based on requirement of the project.
Project ExecutionOn completion of sample mockup we will proceed to internal water supply, internal soil & waste, vertical shaft piping, Terrace & basement piping, external water supply, sewerage, storm water piping, installation of sanitary & C.P fixtures, disinfection & commissioning of pipelines. We have a detailed method statement for each activity which will be strictly adhered.
Project Commissioning and DocumentationIt's the final stage and gives complete Scenario of the project. These are final process - Submission of As - Installed Drawings along with Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Recept of Virtual completion certificate. Accounts reconciliation and final settlement.
